* The following items ship at higher class and are excluded from free shipping

- Aluminum/Stainless Steel Products (Headache Racks, Tool Boxes, Loading Ramp etc)

- Side Kits

- Truck and Trailer Tires

- Lifting Beams

(Website will displays free shipping in such cases and you will be contacted separately with a shipping quote if your order includes the following items.)

* Free shipping is only valid for commercial addresses that do not require lift-gate service. Residential/Liftgate Delivery and/or High Cost Service Areas, Oversize, and Arbitrary charges are extra. If any of these services are used, you will be billed separately for    them.

 * We ship all orders within 2 to 3 business days after receipt. Please be aware that transit times do not include the day that the order is placed, weekends and most holidays. If you should need expedited shipping please give us a call to find out more details.

* Carriers have a Surcharge for Delivery to Certain Limited Access Addresses (Remote Locations / Islands / Military Bases, Oilfields  etc). Unfortunately these addresses will not qualify for our free shipping policy. Surcharges will be charged to the customer. 

* Any State compliance charges will NOT be covered under the Free Shipping Policy. Customers will be responsible to pay all fees associated with the carrier's compliance charges to their state for their order.

* In some remote locations such as small, isolated, or far away towns the freight carrier may only delivery a certain day of the week which can delay deivery times. If you are concerned with your delivery time please contact customer service for more information.
